ORIGIN STORY
Olivia Allen
Olivia Allen founded Village Financial Services with a simple mission: help fee-only RIAs grow without getting buried in operational complexity.

Her path to financial services began in hospitality, where she developed a deep appreciation for service, systems, and experience. After earning her Series 7, Series 66, and Life & Health licenses and working in the insurance/BD space, she realized she was misaligned with commission-driven models and drawn instead to the fiduciary values of the RIA community.

After running a practice and later working in virtual support roles, Olivia noticed a consistent gap: many support professionals lacked the industry knowledge needed to truly lighten an advisor’s load. That insight led her to create the Fractional CSA model and launch Village Financial Services.

Today, Olivia leads a specialized team supporting RIAs through Fractional CSA services, Advyzon CRM consulting, and Holistiplan implementation. With firsthand experience in practice management and deep fluency in advisor tech stacks, she designs services and systems that simplify operations, strengthen consistency, and protect advisor personality so firms can scale without sacrificing service.

WHO & HOW WE HIRE
We hire slowly with intention, not reaction.
Prospective Fractional CSAs must undergo a background check and possess a professional history in financial services, specifically at Schwab or Altruist. They are required to complete an initial proficiency test designed to assess their critical thinking skills & resourcefulness, crucial attributes for a valuable CSA.
Following this, they go through our exclusive web-based training platform, which includes comprehension assessments to ensure proficiency in personal finance concepts, common fintech tools, and custodian paperwork.
Throughout this training, they shadow an experienced Fractional CSA, gaining hands-on experience with real-life scenarios and refining their ability to think critically in relation to the advisor's practice and anticipate the needs of both advisors and clients.
