SCOPE OF SERVICE

Based on our joint consultation, we will work together to identify the parts of the business you'd like to delegate. Some examples of things we're working on for our advisors include:

  • Scenario analysis drafting in Holistiplan 

  • Assisting clients in gifting appreciated stock positions; communicating with 501(c)3 organizations

  • Preparing tax letters to communicate expected tax forms and notable transaction history

  • Developing annual service calendars & internal processes; scheduling client meetings

  • Preparing and sending all necessary documentation for onboarding new and servicing existing clients​

  • ​Drafting/tracking annuity rollover paperwork 

  • Conducting conference calls with QRP companies for rollovers

  • Data migration to financial planning software

  • Systematizing the gathering and processing of annual financial data updates (i.e. SS benefits, tax returns, etc.) across all software

  • End-of-year CRM data scrubs

  • Implementing groups/tags/custom fields/etc. for ease of reporting

  • Building quarterly portfolio review meeting deliverables

We only serve firms who custody at Schwab or Altruist.

Beyond custodians, this list is not comprehensive, and we are a quick study. If we are not already familiar with a tool you use, general use training is not billable to you. 

Your Investment

Our services are billed at a rate of $85 per hour, with billing calculated by the minute.

A minimum of 20 hours per month is required.
