WHO & HOW WE HIRE

Prospective Fractional CSAs must undergo a background check and possess a professional history in financial services, specifically at Schwab or Altruist. They are required to complete an initial proficiency test designed to assess their critical thinking skills & resourcefulness, crucial attributes for a valuable CSA.
Following this, they go through our exclusive web-based training platform, which includes comprehension assessments to ensure proficiency in personal finance concepts, common fintech tools, and custodian paperwork.
Throughout this training, they shadow an experienced Fractional CSA, gaining hands-on experience with real-life scenarios and refining their ability to think critically in relation to the advisor's practice and anticipate the needs of both advisors and clients.
